Arrival and departure

Check-in is available from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival.

On departure, please vacate your room by 10 a.m.

Cancellation 

Free cancellation 14 days before your arrival.

Children

We offer a 50% reduction for children from 3 to 5 years.

Parking

Covered parking is available on Villa Tell grounds for €10 per day.

Electric car and e-bike charging station 

Our covered car parking is equipped with charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes. Up to two cars and six e-bikes can be charged at the same time. E-bike charging is free of charge; for electric cars the cost is € 0.50/kW.

Payment methods

We accept payment in cash (within the limits provided for by applicable laws) or by debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, CartaSì).

Pets

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at Villa Tell. Thank you for your understanding.

Room cleaning 

Guestrooms are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

Additional change is on request, and charged at check-out.

Smoking 

Villa Tell is a no-smoking establishment. There are designated smoking areas complete with ashtrays outside the building.

Tourist tax 

Rates do not include the tourist tax levied by the Province of Bozen, applicable per person per night, to be paid on site. Children under 14 years are exempted.
